SP 3: Dairy value chain

The objective of SP 3 is science-based development of innovative technologies to reduce PHL at all nodes of the dairy value chain.

A focus will be on mapping and improving existing and developing new milk handling and processing technologies. Furthermore, we will look at possibilities to reduce seasonal variation, improve storability and develop new dairy products for various market segments.
