RELOAD brings together three German and six African universities, research institutions and private sector partners. The project will create a scientific network that not only links German research institutions with African partners, but will first and foremost be South-South cooperation. Our aim is to develop new knowledge and improved practices by building a research network firmly rooted in the region, and working jointly on reducing losses in post-harvest and food processing under tropical conditions.
