SP 1: Assessment and Economy

In SP 1, we will look at food supply chains from economic and logistical points of view.

We will develop methodologies for assessing PHL along the supply chain, and identify critical “hot spots“, where significant losses occur. Based on this assessment, we will find solutions for alternative supply chain designs, based on innovative logistics, value-adding strategies and support tools.
